We are state licensed to represent homeowners and business owners with the insurance claim process. We assist our clients with the entire claims process from start to finish.
• Evaluate existing insurance policies in order to determine what coverage may be applicable to a claim.
• Evaluate and document damage to building, contents, and any additional expenses.
• Evaluate business interruption losses, loss of rent, and/or additional living expenses.
• Determine values for settling covered damages.
• Prepare, document, and support the claim on behalf of the insured.
• Negotiate a settlement with the insurance company on behalf of the insured.
• We can also re-open a claim and negotiate for more money if a discrepancy is found after the claim has been settled.
